Quick summary of our policies

Change of mind returns — 30 days

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your cost, and we'll refund the product price once we receive and inspect the item.

Manufacturer's warranty — 12 months

All products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we'll cover return shipping and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Australian Consumer Law
