Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping costs

Standard shipping: Free, Australia-wide.

Express shipping: Available at checkout for an extra cost. The price is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Carrier
Orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Standard: 2-7 business days, depending on location

Express: 1–4 business days, depending on location
Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and can't be guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you your shipping details so you can track your parcel.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@oldmatecampingco.com.au with your order number and photos. You're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at hello@oldmatecampingco.com.au and we'll help you sort it out with Australia Post.
